A fertility monitor is a device that helps you determine when you are most fertile and therefore have the best chances of conceiving and falling pregnant. Your most fertile time is generally the first few days after ovulation and a fertility monitor helps you identify this time. The fertility monitor does this by analysing hormones (usually LH) in urine and deducing your level of fertility. These "urine test sticks" are some of the most commonly used fertility monitors available.
